QCi's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. William McGann, provides an end of year message and look ahead:
It is going to be an exciting year in QCi. Our team is poised and focused on executing the business and to position our Company as a significant market leader in the nano photonics and quantum computing industry. We really began to hit our stride in the third quarter of 2024, a seemingly long six months since the leadership transition in February of 2024. There were many significant accomplishments in restructuring and reshaping the business during the early quarters that can go largely unrecognized and I want to take a moment to call them out.
Dr. Milan Begliarbekov presented QCis optical optimization using the Dirac-3 to Purdue University's Quantum Science and Engineering Institute (PQSEI). Engaging educators, industry, and students. The seminar showcased QCi’s work in accessible and affordable photonic quantum technologies and featured a deep dive into QCi’s entropy quantum computing and photonics reservoir computing, both of which offer unique capabilities for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. The insightful session also explored QCi’s quantum-inspired single photon remote sensing technology.
Proudly, QCi hosted its annual shareholders meeting on December 10th. Following the meeting, the board elected Dr. Yuping Huang Ph.D., who serves as Chief Quantum Officer, to be Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Robert Fagenson, to be the Vice Chairman.
Advancing Photonics Technologies Visit in Hoboken
Dr. Pouya Dianat Ph.D, took the initiative to host Advancing Photonics Technologies at our global headquarters in Hoboken, New Jersey. The organization declared that QCi is "inspirational" and that it is "an innovative, integrated photonics company that provides accessible and affordable quantum machines to the world."
