QCi Highlights from a Dynamic Month of Conferences and Events

The QCi team experienced an exciting month filled with several engaging conferences and events. Check out some key highlights below:

QCi attended the 47th Presidential Inauguration

QCi Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Bill McGann Ph.D attended the 47th Presidential Inauguration, where he proudly attended the U.S. Cabinet Reception, the American Veterans Ball, and introduced Indiana Governor Mike Braun at the Indiana Society Ball.  Dr. McGann met with leadership from multiple states, as well as several members of Congress from both sides of the aisle, and, of course, met with the new Administration.   The purpose of the visit was to share information about QCi's leading edge technologies in order to promote government sales.

Quantum Tech Qatar

Rich Nelson and Dr. Pouya Dianat Ph.D proudly attended the 2025 Quantum Technology Conference and Expedition in Qatar.  During the conference, they discussed with global business, government, and academia the current status of quantum computing technology, capabilities for machine learning and optimization, sensory applications, and communications capabilities.

Photonics West

Multiple technologists and sales leaders from QCi attended SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco, California to discuss lasers, biomedical optics and biophotonic technologies, quantum, and optoelectronics.

Quantum Computing, Inc. Secures Third and Fourth Purchase Orders for TFLN Photonic Chip Foundry, Concluding 2024 Pilot Launch Program - Quantum Computing Inc.

In January, QCi announced the receipt of its third and fourth purchase orders for its thin film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic chip foundry. The orders, received from a renowned European technical university and a Canadian photonic integrated circuit (PIC) design house, marked a key milestone in the QCi Foundry Pilot Launch Program.

Quantum Computing, Inc. Announces Private Placement of Common Stock for Proceeds of $100 Million - Quantum Computing Inc

“This successful $100 million offering is priced at substantial premiums to our two recent offerings, bringing our total gross capital raised since November to $190 million,” said Mr. Chris Boehmler, Chief Financial Officer of QCi. “These funds further fortify our financial position and enable us to execute our multi-year growth plan, including investment in our longer-term initiatives, and thereby capitalize on the considerable opportunities in the TFLN photonic chip and quantum computing markets.”

Quantum Computing, Inc. Announces Collaboration with Sanders Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute to Support Research Using Dirac-3 Systems - Quantum Computing Inc

QCi announced a collaboration with Sanders Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute, Inc. (Sanders TDI) to drive advancement of research in computational biomedicine. Through this collaboration, QCi will provide Sanders TDI with access to its quantum computation technology and hardware, specifically with its Dirac-3 Entropy Quantum Computing Machine, to support the Institute’s experimental work. Sanders TDI is a non-profit drug discovery institute based in New York City, composed of Kettering Cancer Center, The Rockefeller University, and Memorial Sloan Weill Cornell Medicine.

Quantum Computing, Inc. Secures Fifth Purchase Order for TFLN Foundry and Previews PDK on a Commercial Platform - Quantum Computing Inc

QCi had received a fifth purchase order for its thin film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic chip foundry. The latest order comes from a research group based in Canada to support its research efforts on quantum photonics. As part of the order, QCi will provide the research group with custom test structures based on its TFLN photonic integrated circuit (PIC) chip technology.
