Message from Yuping Huang, Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO

Dear QCi Community,

Thank you for your continued support of Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi). I’m pleased to share a brief update on our progress and momentum from the first quarter of 2025.

This quarter marked a significant milestone with the completion of construction at our Quantum Photonic Chip Foundry in Tempe, Arizona. This facility positions us to meet growing global demand for thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic chips and plays a foundational role in our long-term commercial strategy. We recently celebrated this achievement with a ribbon-cutting event, joined by partners, supporters, and community leaders.

Beyond the foundry, we continued to expand adoption of our quantum technologies across both commercial and academic channels, forming new collaborations and announcing additional product orders. We also strengthened our leadership team with the promotions of Milan Begliarbekov to Chief Operating Officer and Pouya Dianat to Chief Revenue Officer—two key steps as we move further into commercialization and scaling.

We were also pleased to learn that QCi is set to be included in the Russell 3000® and Russell 2000® Indexes, effective June 30, 2025. This recognition increases our visibility among institutional investors and index funds, and reflects the continued growth of our market presence and shareholder base.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on advancing our mission to make quantum and photonic solutions practical, accessible, and impactful across industries.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Sincerely,

Dr. Yuping Huang
Interim CEO & Chairman
